HISTORY OF THE FOUNDER
MARY ELIZABETH (Mother) Bailey has spent her entire life aiding others, as well as her nine (9) children. She has always helped those who were less fortunate than herself. She has always offered her hospitality, as well as her home, to those in need. She has truly created a legacy through the life she lived, and on the day of her death, MARY ELIZABETH Human Services, Homecare Services, and Nursing Services, a trusted provider of homecare and skilled nursing services in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was born.
Her legacy lives on through her children and those she has helped throughout her life.

We offer specialized services including g-tube care, catheter maintenance, vital sign checks, trach and post op care. A few qualifying conditions are cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, muscular dystrophy, and paralysis.
